5 Solas of the Reformation on October 30-31, 2010
with Waco Family Baptist Church

The Reformation and the Reformers ignited a fire in Christendom that could not be quenched. The reformers’ message spoke against spiritual confusion and bad doctrine that dominated their world.  Five Latin phrases emerged that summarized their theology.  Our speakers will spend 5 sessions highlighting these phrases and showing that they are simply re-statements of clear bible teaching.  These five phrases…  

Sola Scriptura, Sola Fide, Solus Christus, Sola Gratia, Soli Deo Gloria.

The authority of the Scriptures, the veracity of the Gospel message, and the glory of God
are frequently challenged from all fronts, even from within the walls of the church.  Come listen, learn, and be strengthened at Waco Family Baptist Church’s Words of Life Weekend  “5 Solas”. Learn what these Solas mean and how they still bear good news today.
